🔍 1. Access the Add-on Catalog

  • Open Stremio.
  • Click the puzzle icon (🧩) in the top right.
  • You’ll see a list of official and community add-ons.

Community add-ons are created by third parties. They usually offer broader content (like torrents).

✅ 2. Install an Add-on

  • Click on an add-on to view details.
  • Hit Install. No configuration is usually needed at this point.
  • Installed add-ons will start showing content in your Discover and Library tabs.

Some popular add-ons:

  • Torrentio – Pulls torrent streams from multiple sources.
  • Zooqle – Another torrent-based add-on.
  • YouTube – Streams directly from YouTube.

⚙️ 3. Configuring Specific Add-ons (Example: Torrentio)

  1. Go to the Torrentio configurator.
  2. Customize providers, filters, and language settings.
  3. Copy the generated URL.
  4. In Stremio, click Install via URL and paste the link.

This allows you to tailor which providers and qualities appear in your results.

  • Scroll down to “Installed”.
  • Click on any add-on > Uninstall or reinstall if it’s acting up.
